Senior Designer

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Designer.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative campaigns across digital, outdoor, retail, and TV channels.

• Collaborate with a copywriter to craft cohesive ideas and visual solutions.

• Lead design projects from concept through to final delivery.

• Organize the work of the design team and effectively delegate tasks.

• Ensure high-quality output and adherence to brand guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of designers.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign .

• Experienced in creating both print and digital materials, as well as overseeing photo and video shoots.

• A background in fine arts or design education is desirable, along with completed design or art direction courses.

• Attention to detail, good communication skills.

• Preferred experience working with technology and telecommunications brands.

• Intermediate English.
