We are looking for a talented Email Marketing Specialist for fast-growing iGaming company, who will take ownership of lifecycle marketing channels and drive user engagement across email, SMS, and push notifications.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns — from concept to launch
- Build and optimize SMS and push notification campaigns
- Create engaging, data-driven content tailored to different user segments
- Design and code responsive email templates (HTML/CSS)
- Set up and manage automated workflows and lifecycle campaigns
- Segment audiences and personalize communication across the user journey
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversion, retention)
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on insights and A/B testing
- Ensure high deliverability and compliance with industry regulations and best practices
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in email marketing, ideally within iGaming / gaming / betting
- Strong hands-on skills in HTML/CSS for email development
- Experience with tools like Customer.io, SendGrid, or similar ESPs
- Solid experience with SMS and push notification campaigns
- Understanding of user lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and retention strategies
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Nice to have
- Experience with A/B testing and marketing automation tools
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems
- Familiarity with anti-spam laws and deliverability best practices
