We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Ukraine. This role is primarily focused on providing strategic HR partnership across the organization. As a key member of the HR BP team, you will support the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on talent development, performance management, employee engagement, and retention. You will act as a trusted partner for leadership, contributing to HR strategy and implementing processes that support business and people goals.
- Onboarding & Offboarding
- Oversee smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees.
- Guide new hires from offer acceptance through integration and orientation.
- Manage probation period milestones and feedback reviews. - Talent Development & Performance Management
- Drive and coordinate performance review cycles, including feedback collection and evaluation sessions.
- Collaborate with managers to support employee growth, development planning, and workplace engagement. - Employee Retention & Engagement
- Proactively identify retention risks and propose mitigation plans.
- Support ad-hoc initiatives related to career progression, compensation, or employee relations.
- Maintain regular contact with team leads and managers to advise on people topics. - Compensation & Benefits
- Coordinate salary reviews and discussions in cooperation with leadership.
- Support the management and communication of benefits programs. - Survey & Data Analysis
- Participate in planning and rollout of engagement and satisfaction surveys.
- Analyze feedback, data and present actionable insights to leadership.Provide leadership with actionable insights derived from the analysis of feedback and data. - HR Projects & Support
- Contribute to cross-functional HR projects, company events, and process improvements.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of HR systems and employee records.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner/HR PP, ideally in a multinational or IT environment.
- Proven experience supporting the full employee lifecycle with a strong focus on performance, engagement, and retention.
- Strong interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, HRIS systems, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
