Procurement Senior Buyer CAPEX (with relocation)

Location: Kamianets-Podilskyi

Purpose of the role

Manage the procurement process for capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects on the Country level, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services needed for these projects. The objective will be to optimize procurement processes, maximize value for money and ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for CAPEX projects, in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders;

• сonduct market research to identify potential suppliers, assess their capabilities, and build strong relationships with reliable vendors;

• prepare and issue requests for proposals, requests for quotations, and requests for information to potential suppliers;

• evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate contracts, and make recommendations to project teams based on quality, cost, and delivery time;

• сollaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and requirements for procurement activities;

• ensure compliance with company and legal procurement policies, procedures, and regulations throughout the procurement process;

• monitor supplier performance, resolve any issues or disputes, and implement corrective actions as necessary;

• maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier information;

• continuously identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.

Candidate`s profile and requirements:

• bachelor's degree in Economic, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;

• proven work experience as a Procurement Senior Buyer or in a similar procurement role, preferably with a focus on CAPEX projects;

• In-depth knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations;

• familiarity with sourcing and vendor management techniques, including supplier evaluation and negotiation;

• strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make well-informed decisions;

• excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal;

• ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously;

• attention to detail and strong organizational skills;

• English - B2 (fluent);

• broad IT skills enabling the collection and presentation of information.
