CEMARK has an exciting opportunity to join the Security team as a Security Manager, a professional who will ensure the effective management of site security systems, protection of people and assets, and business continuity in line with CRH standards and values.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for security of 3 departments: concrete production on 4 sites in Kyiv region, cement Terminal in Vyshneve and Reinforced Concrete Structures production plant at Bila Tserkva. 
• Develop and approve with country security manager CMT plan (crisis management team plan). 
• Control and constant monitoring of service of all security engineering (fences, gates, barriers, razor wire, window grills, turnstiles, FaceIDs etc.).   
• Daily management of the outsourcing security guard company. 
• Monitoring H&S incidents noticed during security management.  
• Usage for security purposes and daily service control of GPS software. 
• Conducts internal investigation in case of thefts, fraud or other incidents.        
  

Key requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in law
• 2-5 years' experience in law enforcement (operative, investigative or prosecutor)
• At least 1 year experience in commercial field- upper intermediate 
• English language - Intermediate+
