Legal Counsel (Middle)

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team!

You’ll be the go-to counsel for day-to-day contracts, corporate housekeeping, and product/policy work across Boosta’s digital businesses (ed-tech, content platforms, affiliate, subscriptions, fintech/payments etc). The job is practical, fast, and business-facing: write clearly, negotiate confidently, and turn ambiguity into workable guardrails.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Own the contract cycle end-to-end: MSAs/SOWs, SaaS/license, affiliate/advertising, NDAs, DPAs, SLAs.

• Maintain policies: Terms of Use, Privacy/Cookie, Community/UGC, coordinate rollouts with Product/Marketing/CS.

• Review features and campaigns (subscriptions/auto-renewal, claims, disclosures) to keep launches compliant across key markets.

• Corporate support across jurisdictions.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• 2–5+ years of expiriance in tech/digital business (in-house or tech-savvy firm).

• Strong drafting and live negotiation in English; plain-language style.

• Hands-on policy work (ToU, Privacy/Cookie, UGC/moderation).

• Working knowledge of GDPR/ePrivacy and CCPA/CPRA.

• Solid corporate housekeeping in EU/UK/US contexts.

• Pragmatic judgment, ownership mindset, and reliable delivery against SLAs.
