We’re seeking a Junior Treasury Specialist to own and streamline our payment operations from day one. You’ll process and reconcile payments across multiple platforms, maintain our cash flow calendar, and drive automation projects that boost efficiency. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other related fields.
1-1.5 years of work experience in the field of finance, preferably in an IT industry environment.
MS Excel, Google Sheets on Advanced level.
English – Intermediate (sufficient for written communication).
Nice to Have:
Knowledge and experience with different payment systems.
Knowledge and experience with JIRA and accounting software/ ERP systems (1C, BAS, QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, SAP, etc).
Experience working with large datasets in Excel, Google Sheets.

WHAT YOU’LL DO?
Process payments using designated methods (PayPal, Paxum, bank wire).
Manage the internal corporate project for recurring payments and maintain the payment calendar.
Execute recurring payments for corporate resources and log them in JIRA for subsequent accounting in QuickBooks.
Monitor corporate communication channels for the Treasury team.
Communicate with vendors on payment-related inquiries.
Record all cash movements in QuickBooks.
Reconcile balances of corporate accounts with QuickBooks data throughout each reporting month.
Participate in the month?end close process.
Identify and implement solutions to optimize and automate departmental workflows.
Draft and update departmental procedures and policies.
Contribute to global initiatives and projects within the department.
