Assistant Manager
Dynamica Labs (Microsoft Gold Partner) is looking for an energetic and responsible Assistant Manager. In this role, you will support a range of administrative and organisational tasks to ensure the effectiveness of senior management and support company culture.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Can-do attitude
- Experience in administrative or assistant positions is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Technology savvy
- Willingness to take responsibility for the performance of assigned tasks and achievement of set goals.
- The level of English ideally must be Upper-Intermediate.
- High level of written and oral communication skills.
- Higher education.
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints.
- Confident command of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of other tools for working with documents and presentations will be a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordination of work processes between different departments of the company.
- Conducting electronic correspondence.
- Processing incoming questions and providing the necessary information.
- Support of interaction with clients and partners.
- Execution of documentation processing and reporting tasks.
- Support in solving problems and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Managing the manager’s calendar, planning meetings, and events.
