English Teacher

We are looking for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and people-oriented English Teacher for Ivano-Frankivsk office!

PLEASE, KEEP IN MIND: 

Because of quarantine there has been provided a remote working in ZoomSupport. Once the quarantine is finished, all the employees will return to a traditional office environment.

Responsibilities:

• devising and implementing sufficient teaching plans for grammar and vocabulary, speaking classes etc. using a variety of delivery methods;
• preparing and regularly updating subject materials;
• teaching employees according to their job needs;
• recording and reporting on the attendance, progress and achievements of employees;
• ensuring a high quality learning experience for employees, which meets internal and external quality standards;
• undertaking assessment of employees;
• giving written/verbal feedback;
• conducting recreational classes (i.e. movie nights, speaking events etc.)
• supporting and motivating employees to allow them to grow and enhance their own skills.

Requirements:

• C1/C2 English level, an IELTS/TOEFL test proving that level would be a plus;
• 1+ year experience in the position of an English teacher would be a plus;
• ability to adhere to regulations and standards;
• organizational and problem-solving ability;
• leadership skills
• effective written and oral communication;
• the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of individuals at all levels within the company using tact, courtesy and discretion;
• ability to remain flexible in a demanding work environment and adapt to rapidly changing priorities;
