PRODUCTION&OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT 

Purpose of the role 

• Organization and control of the process of Export seeds (packed)
• Control of the customs clearance process. 
• Organization and control of the customs clearance process of Import seeds. 

Key Responsibilities and tasks

• Export process:
  • Negotiation with French team about the organization's Export process.
  • Splitting up the local production seeds between the trucks and sharing the information with the French team.
  • Communication with Phyto organization, Chamber of industry and commerce, etc.
  • Preparing a package of documents for customs (1C).
  • Full control of the customs clearance process, the process of arriving the trucks, etc.
  • The process of preparing samples of seeds for Export.
  • Reporting on the transport that is planning to leave with Import seeds, updating the information by status, and sharing information with colleagues.
  • Capitalize on seeds in the 1C program with further movement in terms of varieties and batches.
  • Organization and control of all the customs clearance processes for Import seeds
  • Work with the accounting department.
• Import process:
  • Reporting on the transport that is planning to leave with Import seeds, updating the information by status, and sharing information with colleagues.
  • Capitalize on seeds in the 1C program, with further movement in terms of varieties and batches.
  • Organization and control of all the customs clearance processes for Import seeds.
• Ukraine and international communication transport
  • Organize and hold on to the tender between the carriers.
  • Search for carriers according to the planned routes.
  • Work with 1C. 
  • Reporting.
