What will be your responsibilities?
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information to the client about the company's products or services
- Working through various channels - phone, email, chats for the most effective communication
- Information processing and analysis - working with a large amount of data to provide clients with up-to-date information

- Cooperation with partners and carriers - promptly interacting with them to resolve client issues
- Ensuring a high level of service and maintaining a positive image of the company
What do we expect from you?
- English at level A2+
- Excellent communication skills - you easily find contact with people and maintain a friendly atmosphere
- Stress resistance - you remain calm and collected even in conflict situations
- Experience with CRM is an advantage (but not necessary - we will teach you everything!)
- Basic technical knowledge - will help you better understand the specifics of requests.
