Poklyk is a product company specializing in developing and advancing our web and mobile applications, orderry.com and remonline.app, designed for SME automation. Our services empower businesses to streamline processes and embrace a more technological approach.

We are looking for a specialist eager to start their career in customer service — a fast learner with a growth mindset, open to feedback and self-improvement, flexible and adaptable to change.

Please note

  • Schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off
  • Working hours: 9:00 – 21:00, lunchtime included

Requirements:

  • English proficiency at B1+ level or higher

  • Clear and literate verbal and written communication in Ukrainian

  • Strong interpersonal skills — ability to interact with people kindly, respectfully, even in stressful situations, and to de-escalate conflicts.

  • Responsibility and punctuality — ability to follow schedules and instructions, and stay focused on results

  • Attentiveness, resilience, and problem-solving mindset — readiness to dive into a problem and figure out the solution independently, even when it isn’t obvious

  • Knowledge of additional languages at the Intermediate+ level is a plus, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to performance metrics standards, ensuring efficient work.

  • Communicate with users through customer support tools via chat, tickets, and phone.

  • Provide expert guidance to clients regarding the company's products and services. Investigate incidents related to product functionality and assist users in their resolution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely resolution of customer inquiries. Escalate complex or specialized requests to specialized teams.

  • Identify opportunities and participate in implementing initiatives to improve support processes that enhance productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
