Talent Fulfilment CoE Specialist

Ciklum is looking for a Talent Fulfilment CoE Specialist to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

As a Talent Fulfilment CoE Specialist, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. 

Responsibilities:

• Adding and maintaining candidate data in the database
• Managing GDPR consent and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
• Handling tasks related to the Internal Referral Program
• Collaborating with recruitment agencies and managing their referrals
• Working with Internal system in terms of vacancy opening process and related tasks
• Publishing job advertisements on the Ciklum career site and external job boards
• Overseeing the management of job advertisements, including ensuring accuracy, verifying posting validity, and monitoring expiration dates across all job boards
• Job slots utilization

Requirements:

• You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• You have good knowledge of written and spoken English
• You are self-driven and proactive person
• You are passionate about working with people and analytics
• PC advanced user (MS Office, GoogleDocs), Internet
