The goal of the vacancy is to design buildings, supervise construction and deal with project documentation.

Requirements:

• Higher professional education.
• Knowledge of the necessary building standards, as well as the specifics of the use of various building materials.
• Understanding of the methods of conducting special searches and the ability to evaluate their results.
• Presence of artistic taste, the ability to draw by hand.
• Good analytical and mathematical abilities.
• Experience in Large-Scale Projects: Proven ability to work on complex architectural or structural engineering projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD: Required knowledge of AutoCAD, with Revit experience as a valuable bonus.
• Language Skills: Knowledge of English is necessary to have.
• Collaborative Skills: Strong teamwork capabilities and cross-departmental cooperation.

Duties: 

The list of duties can be changed depending on the project. 

• Good familiarization with the subject of development.
• Clarification of the features of its functional, practical, and aesthetic purpose.
• Preparation of the concept and sketch of the structure.
• Project approval with the customer.
• Development of an architectural project.
