Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting effective negotiations with the Clients;
  • Managing and developing product assortment, including new products and brands;
  • Conducting effective negotiations with the Clients and developing business relations with them;
  • Concluding contracts with wholesale and retail distribution and their further follow up;
  • Annual contract with customers;
  •  Develop and implement Promotions with customers;
  • Active participation in strategy creation and its further realization;
  • Preparing and presenting reporting to Group HQ on the regular basis and by request;
  • Preparing Sales Analysis and Forecasts on the regular basis;
  • Implementation and follow up of marketing and promo programs made up together with Marketing Department and Supervisor;
  • Analysis and control of retail and wholesale prices;
  • Recommendations on improvement of sales and distribution of products;
  • Help to clients in organization and development of their own sales and commercial structures;
  • Regular visits of shops.

Main requirements:

  • University degree;
  • 3 + years of professional experience on the same position;
  • Good understanding of channel structure, market and customers;
  • Excellent negotiations skills;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Good level of English is a must;
  • Advanced MS Office User
