Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conducting effective negotiations with the Clients;
- Managing and developing product assortment, including new products and brands;
- Conducting effective negotiations with the Clients and developing business relations with them;
- Concluding contracts with wholesale and retail distribution and their further follow up;
- Annual contract with customers;
- Develop and implement Promotions with customers;
- Active participation in strategy creation and its further realization;
- Preparing and presenting reporting to Group HQ on the regular basis and by request;
- Preparing Sales Analysis and Forecasts on the regular basis;
- Implementation and follow up of marketing and promo programs made up together with Marketing Department and Supervisor;
- Analysis and control of retail and wholesale prices;
- Recommendations on improvement of sales and distribution of products;
- Help to clients in organization and development of their own sales and commercial structures;
- Regular visits of shops.
Main requirements:
- University degree;
- 3 + years of professional experience on the same position;
- Good understanding of channel structure, market and customers;
- Excellent negotiations skills;
- Analytical skills;
- Good level of English is a must;
- Advanced MS Office User
