Research Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Research Data Analyst to help our client deliver customer projects on technology forecasts for R&D leaders in various industries with the help of their AI-powered tool. 

Our client is a Netherlands-based company that helps R&D leaders predict the technological future through the use of its AI-powered SaaS platform. With the platform, one can anticipate technological disruption and make strategic investments in emerging technologies. A crucial part of their operation is the managed service. With the managed service, analysts use the AI platform to generate insights for senior R&D leaders so that they can make better investment decisions. 

We are looking for analysts to join a growing international team that is passionate about AI. It’s an amazing opportunity for a tech-driven person to become a part of a rapidly growing scale-up working on the frontier of AI.

What you'll do in this role  

• Operate the client's AI platform and other AI tools to generate insights about emerging technologies 

• Insights typically consist of:

  • Scouting all emerging competing technologies in the area of interest for the customer

  • Comparing the performance of technologies for various use cases

  • Forecasting which emerging technologies will win in the future for the use case of the customer

  • Doing deep dives on promising technology areas

• Create deliverables for customers. Deliverables typically consist of executive summaries in the form of slides and datasets, which are created on the AI platform itself (can also be shared in Excel sheets)

• Have weekly meetings with senior R&D leaders alongside the head of technology consulting to explain your findings

We're looking for

• Good understanding of data analysis and statistics, as well as an analytical mindset

• Technical background and/or a degree in an engineering field, with completed courses in statistics

• Passion for working with data and an interest in emerging technologies and global trends

• Proficient with, and interested in, generative AI

• Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc)

• An ability to concentrate on the process and remain focused, result-oriented and responsible

• Someone with high standards who takes pride in delivering excellent work

• Experience in working efficiently in a team.

• Proactiveness and openness to share ideas on improving the processes, approaches, team cooperation, and tools

• Ability to learn quickly 

• Excellent English skills

• Relocating, or being able to work from our Poltava office for at least 6 months after starting. After this period, remote work can be considered.
