Finance Manager

Timac Agro International subsidiary of the Roullier Group, is an expert in plant and animal nutrition. Now present in over 42 countries throughout the world, Timac Agro manufactures and commercializes fertilizers and nutritional specialties for crops and animals.

We are now looking for a Finance Manager to further develop and sustain our business activity in Ukraine.

Directly reporting to the CFO your main responsibilities are:

• Team management: roles, segregation of duties, back-up, KPIs settlement & evaluation.
• Tax and statutory accounting: supervision of statutory & tax accounting, provide tax security to the company, ensure and respect Ukrainian legislation.
• Reporting & budgeting: responsible for reporting based on UAS and IAS, variation analysis and explanations to General Manager/ Group, propose solutions to cover the gap, ensure positive internal and external audit results.
• Controlling and analysis: gross margin and cost control, implementation of proper internal controls and policies to safeguard company assets, preparation of monthly business review with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Treasury functions: payments, hedging, loans, investments/ deposits, Cash Flow management, credit management.
• Ensure good cooperation with sales force & supervision of customer service department: follow sales portfolio and customers risk, debt collections.
• IT: security, back-up, segregation of duties, confidentiality of info/ risk management, development of SAP and BI reporting.
• Supervision of administrative department: car fleet management, purchasing and internal service of the company are at high level. 
• Legal: responsible for legal issues of the company, validate contracts, risk management.
• Permanent support, project management & business partnering to General Manager.

Main requirements:

• University Degree (Accounting/ Finance/ Economics);
• 5 + years of working experience as Controlling/Reporting Manager, Finance Business Partner, Finance Manager in a large multinational company, Audit Manager of big4; 
• Knowledge of Ukrainian and International accounting standards, Tax Code (VAT and Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing);
• ACCA qualification would be a plus;
• Advanced PC user, knowledge of Excel, BI, SAP, BAS, Medoc;
• Working knowledge of English - upper-intermediate is mandatory;
• Responsible, good managerial skills, communication, and organization.
