Creative Marketing Specialist/ Creative Producer

An IT holding JetMonsters is looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist/ Creative Producer with experience in creating promotional video content to strengthen its expertise in the mobile app (IT) market.

Responsibilities:

— Advertising research in the mobile app market.

— Competitor advertising research.

— Analysis and generation of ideas for creatives.

— Tracking trends, AI tools and product adaptation.

— Creation of new hypotheses, approaches, concepts, variations.

— Creation of Static, Video, UGC creatives.

— Development of technical specifications for designers.

— Development of scripts for UGC creators.

— Analysis of creative hypotheses and performance optimization.

Our expectations from the candidate.

Hard skills:

— 1+ years of experience working with creatives in marketing or product departments. Completing marketing courses will be a plus.

— Understanding of trends, virality, and creatives.

— Knowledge of tools for market and competitor analysis.

— Understanding of metrics (Impression, CPM, CTR, CPC, ROMI, ROAS).

— Experience in creating and testing creatives for performance marketing

— Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising creatives and generating new hypotheses based on marketing metrics/data

— Marketing mindset and understanding of user pain points and needs

— Understanding of User Acquisition

— Understanding of marketing funnels

— Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

— Technical task development.

— Copywriting skills (seo copywriting)

— TikTok, Facebook, Instagram user with experience in creating advertising content. Experience with YouTube will be a plus.

— AI tools user.

— English — B1 (Intermediate); B2—C1 level would be a plus
