Radisson Blu Resort, Bukovel, located in the Bukovel ski resort, is announcing a vacant position: Hotel Reservation Specialist

Main functions

• Receiving and processing applications for individual hotel room reservations received by phone and email.
• Providing customers with complete information about hotel services.
• Preparation of documents confirming room reservations, invoicing.
• Maintaining business correspondence with partners and clients in accordance with existing standards.
• Organizing the maintenance of booking documentation and analyzing the necessary reports.
• Close cooperation with other operational departments of the hotel.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher, incomplete higher, secondary specialized education (preferably in the field of tourism and hospitality).
• Experience working in hotels in the reservation department/reception and accommodation service is desirable
• Understanding the specifics of the operation of an international chain hotel;
• Confident user of MS Office; Knowledge of computer programs used for hotel room reservations is desirable: Opera PMS, 1C, Micros.
• English proficiency at the Upper-intermediate level and above;
• Developed communication skills, friendliness, ability to work with people, ability to work with a large amount of information, stress resistance, responsibility, flexibility and willingness to work in a team.
