Experienced Freight Broker / Freight Agent

An established North American freight brokerage and logistics company is looking for an experienced Freight Broker / Freight Agent to join our remote team.

We have been operating in the U.S. and Canadian transportation market since 2009, providing truckload, LTL, refrigerated, intermodal, and cross-border freight solutions. Our company works with a strong network of vetted carriers and long-term customers, supported by internal systems and operational structure.

This role is designed for experienced professionals who already understand the U.S. freight market and want to grow their income based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Search and negotiate with carriers across the U.S.
• Develop and grow new customer relationships
• Set up and manage shipper accounts
• Book and cover loads while maintaining margin discipline
• Track shipments and provide updates
• Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally
• Build and maintain your own book of business

Requirements:

• Previous experience in freight brokerage / logistics is required
• Existing book of business is a must
• Strong understanding of the U.S. trucking market
• English level: B2–C1
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Laptop / PC with stable internet
• Self-discipline and results-driven mindset
• Ability to consistently generate a $3,500–$4,000 monthly gross margin after the adaptation period

Adaptation Period:

• First 2 months adaptation period
• During this time, we will provide a limited number of qualified, interested leads to support your start
• This period is designed to help you adapt to our system and establish a stable workflow
• We understand that building momentum and consistency takes time in this industry
• After the adaptation period, the expected benchmark is achieving $3,500–$4,000 monthly gross margin
• After this stage, you will operate fully independently with your own customers and book of business

Compensation:

• 35% commission of gross margin
• Commission percentage increases based on performance and higher gross margin generation
• No salary cap — income is fully performance-based
