We are building a recruitment business that aims to challenge how recruitment is done in the UK, combining smart use of AI and automation with deep human insight to deliver truly tailored solutions—our ambition is to become a trusted long-term recruitment partner and a role model for the industry.

The Role

This role is sales-led, designed for someone with a background in 360 recruitment who now wants to move towards a growth-focused Sales & Marketing position. You will play a key role in winning new clients, shaping our brand presence, and supporting recruitment delivery when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development and manage client relationships in the UK FMCG market.
  • Own and manage our social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), creating engaging content and advising headhunters on effective content strategies.
  • Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns to increase visibility, credibility, and lead generation.
  • Support recruitment activities when required, particularly during busy periods.
  • Contribute to internal hiring as the business grows and help shape future team structure.
  • Collaborate closely with the founders to develop growth strategies and track performance using CRM tools.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within Food & Beverage, FMCG, or Supply Chain/Logistics.
  • Strong B2B sales capability, confident in client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Experience managing social media and digital marketing for business purposes.
  • Excellent English (written and spoken), suitable for UK client-facing communication.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—ambitious, resilient, proactive, and comfortable with hard work and responsibility.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment and manage priorities effectively.
