Junior Sales Manager (remote, B2B) / Молодший спеціаліст з продажів (віддалено)
Hue&Machine is an independent Digital design studio that partners with startups and tech companies. We design for impact — driving growth, solving real user problems, and making products more human.
Our portfolio includes work with global brands like Microsoft, Snap Inc., Headline, and emerging tech leaders across SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare, Energy, PropTech, and beyond.
We are growing and looking for a Junior Sales Manager to join our team — someone who’s hungry to learn the craft of selling design services, build real relationships with clients, and grow into a strong, independent sales leader.
What you’ll do:
- Communicate with potential and existing clients — respond to inquiries, follow up on leads, and keep conversations moving forward
- Support the sales pipeline from first touch to signed contract — learn how deals work from the inside
- Research and qualify leads — find companies that could benefit from our design services and understand their needs before reaching out
- Help craft proposals, presentations, and outreach messages that clearly communicate our value
- Participate in sales and discovery calls alongside leadership — listen, learn, and gradually take the lead
- Contribute to sales and marketing strategy — bring ideas on how to find clients, improve our positioning, and grow our reach
- Track everything in our CRM — keep leads, conversations, and deal stages organized and up to date
- Communication with the CEO and design team in a lean, agile workflow
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have a genuine interest in sales and business development — you don’t need years of experience, but you need the drive
- Have Upper-Intermediate+ English (writing is critical — most of our clients are in the US and Europe)
- Are a strong communicator — you can write a clear, compelling message and hold a professional conversation
- Are proactive and self-organized — you don’t wait to be told what to do next
- Understand (or want to understand) how design and tech businesses work — what clients need, how projects are scoped, why design matters for business
- Are curious and coachable — you ask questions, take feedback well, and genuinely want to get better
- Are ready to commit long-term — we’re investing in your growth, and we’re looking for someone who wants to build something together, not just pass through
Nice to have, but not required:
- Any experience in IT sales, lead generation, or business development (even freelance or internship)
- Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, or Clutch
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design or the design industry
- Experience with CRM tools (Notion, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
- Interest in AI tools and automation for sales workflows
Why working with us will be a great fit:
Smart Projects First: We dive into projects that spark curiosity and demand clear thinking — from concept to polished execution.
Work-Life Balance: You’ll get flexible paid days off, holidays, and sick leaves when you need them.
Zero Bureaucracy: No “corporaty” meetings for the sake of meetings. You’ll get clear briefs, structured support, and fast feedback — without the noise.
Global Clients, Friendly Culture: Join a diverse and tight-knit team that values autonomy, clarity, and collaboration (with a good sense of humor, too).
A Place to Grow: We invest in our people — regular 1-on-1 mentorship, real client exposure from day one, and a clear path from Junior to a full Sales Manager who owns the pipeline.
Recruiting process:
Recruiter screen > Sales case / test task > Chat with Sales Lead > Offer
We are waiting for your CV!
If you have a cover letter, portfolio of any written work (emails, proposals, outreach samples), or examples of past sales/business development experience — we’d love to see it.
