About the vacancy
We need not just an editor, but a person who breathes short content. Someone who understands platforms on an instinctive level and feels why one video gets a million views, and no one watches the other.
You are suitable if:
- TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels are part of your day, every day
- You see a trend before it becomes a trend
- The hook, the rhythm, the retention of the viewer are not words, but your working language
- 10-20 videos a week is the norm for you, not a feat
- AI tools are already built into your workflow
What to do:
- Mount short videos for each platform (15-90 seconds)
- Work with subtitles, text animations, sound and trending audio
- Cut long content into strong short clips
- They keep their finger on the pulse of trends and implement them quickly
- Pass stably, without disruption of deadlines
Requirements:
- Portfolio with real numbers (views, not just beautiful)
- Confident work in CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Real experience with AI tools, not in words
- Willingness to the volume of 10+ videos per week
- Conversational English, the team communicates in English
- Fast response and comfortable work in asynchronous mode
It will be a plus:
- Experience with faceless channels
- Understanding the formulas of viral content and editing under retention
