1C Administrator
This role focuses on administration, support, and continuous improvement of Finance and HR processes within 1C-based systems and integration with CRM system. You will play a key role in maintaining system stability, supporting business users, and contributing to automation and integration initiatives across internal platforms.
MUST-HAVE
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with 1C (1C: Enterprise, 1C: Accounting, or similar)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial processes and workflows
- Experience with: system administration (users, roles, configurations), troubleshooting and incident resolution
- Basic understanding of integrations and data flows
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Experience supporting HR processes (payroll, benefits, HR operations)
- Experience with ERP or financial systems integrations
- Familiarity with APIs or data exchange mechanisms
- Experience working in product-oriented or innovation-driven environments
