The Opportunity 

We are looking for a dedicated owner for our commercial engine—someone who bridges the gap between human workflows and CRM automation. You will ensure our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams scale without breaking.  Note: You won't be writing complex code; our dedicated development team handles deep product integrations. You will own the operational, logic, and automation side.

What You Will Do:

  • HubSpot Mastery: Manage and optimize our Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs. You will build and maintain workflows, sequences, lead scoring, and automated rules.

  • Everyday Integrations: Handle the "light connective tissue" of our ecosystem. You will set up native integrations (eg, HubSpot to PandaDoc) and build straightforward automations using Make.com or Zapier to keep data flowing.

  • System Utilization: Proactively identify unused HubSpot features and configure them to improve team efficiency.

  • Data Guardian: Keep our commercial data clean, segmented, and perfectly actionable.

  • Process Improvement: Don't just build what is requested—diagnose operational bottlenecks and propose workflows that solve root problems.

What We Expect From You:

  • Experience: Demonstrable, hands-on experience managing HubSpot (CRM, advanced workflows, reporting).

  • Automation Skills: Experience connecting everyday SaaS tools using native integrations and platforms like Make.com or Zapier.

  • Business Acumen: You understand how SaaS businesses operate (sales cycles, handoffs, marketing attribution) and can build CRM systems that reflect that reality.

  • Mindset: Proactive, independent, and comfortable asking "Why?" to get to the root of a problem.

  • Languages: Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced) is essential for communicating with our Amsterdam-based team.
