AI-Powered Content & Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We're looking for someone who thinks like a founder and operates like a one-person creative agency. You don't need to be an expert at everything, but you need to know how to make AI tools do the heavy lifting while you provide the strategy, creativity, and human touch.

This is not a traditional marketing role. You won't be manually creating every piece of content or spending hours on repetitive tasks. Instead, you'll be orchestrating AI tools to produce what would normally take a team of specialists—blog posts, social media content, ad scripts, and more—while ensuring everything maintains quality and authenticity.

What You'll Do:

- Manage and optimize our AI-powered blog at adadvisor.ai, continuously improving content quality and performance

- Create and schedule social media content across multiple platforms using AI tools for efficiency

- Write compelling scripts for ads and video content (with AI assistance)

- Handle content creation across formats: blogs, social posts, emails, ad copy

- Use AI tools to research, draft, refine, and publish content that sounds human, not robotic

- Manage our social media presence end-to-end: strategy, creation, scheduling, engagement

- Think like a marketer who understands ecom and digital marketing fundamentals

- Be adaptable—we'll put you wherever we need firepower, and you'll figure it out

You're the Right Fit If You:

- Have that "I'll figure it out" mentality—you don't need to know how to code or be a design expert, but you know how to prompt AI tools to get professional results

- Are obsessed with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Midjourney, or similar) and constantly exploring how to use them better

- Understand digital marketing, social media strategy, and e-commerce fundamentals

- Can take a rough idea and turn it into polished content that converts

- Work fast and smart—leveraging AI to do in hours what others take days to accomplish

- Have strong judgment about what good content looks like, even if you're not creating it manually

- Are self-directed and don't need hand-holding

- Care about results, not just checking boxes

What We're NOT Looking For:

- Someone who wants to do everything manually

- A specialist who only wants to stay in one lane

- Someone who needs extensive training on every new tool or task

- People who think AI makes everything sound robotic (it doesn't, if you know what you're doing)

Nice to Have:

- Experience in e-commerce or online business

- Background in content marketing, social media management, or copywriting

- Portfolio showing you've created content (doesn't matter if AI helped you)
