Sales Representative (Remote | Ukraine | English Required)

Tools: Odoo CRM, OpenPhone
Base salary: CAD $1,000/month (starting)
Sales plan: CAD $7,000/month (may be lower during the 3-month probation)
Commission: 15% of sales that exceed the monthly plan (uncapped)

• Graphic design (logos, layouts, brand materials)

• Print products: business cards, flyers, door hangers, catalogues, and more

• Wide-format printing: banners, posters, decals, wall graphics, window graphics

• Apparel branding: branded uniforms, hoodies, T-shirts, etc.

• Fleet branding: vehicle decals, truck/van wraps, trailer graphics

• Signs & displays: indoor/outdoor signage, panels, storefront graphics

About the role

We’re hiring a motivated Sales Representative in Ukraine with strong English to join our remote team. You’ll work with leads provided by the company, follow up, close deals, and also find new customers through your own outreach. You will coordinate with our design team to ensure customers receive mockups and updates on time.

This role includes constant communication with a mentor and regular reporting on your activity and results.

Responsibilities

• Call and message company-provided leads (warm inquiries)

• Qualify prospects, identify needs, and recommend the right services

• Follow up consistently until the deal is closed

• Prepare quotes and manage deals in Odoo

• Use OpenPhone for calls and tracking communication

• Work with designers: collect customer files/info, request mockups, coordinate revisions, and keep the client updated

• Proactively search for new customers (outbound prospecting)

• Stay in daily/regular contact with your mentor for coaching and guidance

• Submit activity and sales reports (calls, follow-ups, pipeline, closed deals)

• Meet monthly activity expectations and sales targets

Requirements

• Good English (spoken + written) — confident on calls
  
  

• Sales experience is a plus (B2B is an advantage)

• Self-disciplined, organized, and comfortable with follow-ups

• Strong communication and coordination skills (client + designers + sales process)

• Design skills are a plus (welcome, not required)

Training & probation

• 3-month probation period

• Continuous training and coaching (scripts, product knowledge, sales process)

• Ongoing support through mentor check-ins and performance feedback

Compensation & growth

• Starting base salary: CAD $1,000/month

• Commission: 15% of sales above the monthly plan

• Uncapped earning potential for strong performers
