We are a US-based trucking company with a focus on long-term cooperation, stable work, and professional development. As a company owner, I am looking for a responsible and motivated dispatcher to join our team and manage daily dispatch operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Dispatch trucks across the United States
Book and negotiate loads with brokers
Plan efficient routes and optimize miles
Communicate with drivers (daily support)
Monitor Hours of Service (HOS)
Handle delays, rescheduling, and issues on the road
Control paperwork (Rate Cons, BOLs, PODs)
Maintain communication via phone, email, and load boards

REQUIREMENTS
English level: Intermediate or higher (spoken & written)
Experience in US trucking dispatch (preferred)
Candidates without experience are welcome — we provide training
Knowledge of DAT / Truckstop load boards
Understanding of US logistics and trucking workflow
Ability to work US time zones
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibility and attention to details
