Sales Executive
About the Job

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Sales Representative to support the development of our activities in Ukraine , strengthen client relationships, manage rental contracts, and contribute to the expansion and diversification of our construction equipment fleet.
The ideal candidate will have experience in construction machinery rental or related industries and will play an important role in driving customer satisfaction and business growth .
Work Location: Kyiv region (remote, hybrid, or on-site options available)

Responsibilities
Identify and develop relationships with construction companies and potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based customer relationships.
Analyze market trends in construction machinery and provide recommendations for fleet expansion.
Prepare, negotiate, and execute rental agreements in line with company policies and objectives.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company standards.
Provide market insights and client feedback to support product development and service improvements.
Represent the company and its solutions within the assigned territory.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Education
A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
Experience & Skills
Experience in sales or a similar client-facing role within construction, mining, oil & gas, or related industries.
Experience in the construction machinery rental sector is a strong advantage.
Understanding of the construction equipment market and customer needs.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work with CRM systems and contractual documentation .
Proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach.
Fluency in Ukrainian and English (B2 or higher) to support business communication.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel when required for the role.
