Role Overview
As a Remote Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle on behalf of our clients, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and managing offers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients to expand the agency’s business portfolio.
- Create engaging job postings and promotional content ?across social media platforms to represent the agency and attract both clients and candidates.
- Negotiate and formalize client agreements, ensuring clear terms and successful partnerships.
- Provide ongoing client support and guidance throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment (agency experience strongly preferred).
- Fluent English is a must - ?all conversations with clients are conducted in English.
- Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of modern recruitment tools.
- Experienced PC user - ability to work with MS Office, Adobe Reader, Google Drive.?
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and client priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (preferred but not required).
