Remote Recruiter

Role Overview

As a Remote Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle on behalf of our clients, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and managing offers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients to expand the agency’s business portfolio.
• Create engaging job postings and promotional content ?across social media platforms to represent the agency and attract both clients and candidates.
• Negotiate and formalize client agreements, ensuring clear terms and successful partnerships.
• Provide ongoing client support and guidance throughout every stage of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment (agency experience strongly preferred).
• Fluent English is a must - ?all conversations with clients are conducted in English.
• Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of modern recruitment tools.
• Experienced PC user - ability to work with MS Office, Adobe Reader, Google Drive.?
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and client priorities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (preferred but not required).
