Selario is a growth-intelligence platform for Amazon & TikTok sellers. We turn messy, multi-channel data into clear, actionable insights.

What you’ll do

• Own daily/weekly data loads for multiple customers: organize folders, standardize naming, validate CSV/Excel files, map columns to Selario schemas, and upload into the app.
• Improve and automate the pipeline—document SOPs, build templates, and use scripts/automation tools to reduce manual steps as our customer base scales.
• Monitor data quality with checks/reconciliations; resolve discrepancies quickly and communicate status to Customer Success and Engineering.
• Partner with Engineering to recommend better technical methods (APIs, scripts, connectors) and streamline ingestion, transformations, and audits.
• Create playbooks and train others, laying the groundwork for a growing Data Ops team.

What makes you a great fit

• 2-4+ years in Data Operations, Analytics Engineering, or a similar hands-on data role.
• Strong with CSV/Excel/Google Sheets hygiene and data normalization; comfortable with SQL (joins, aggregations; window functions a plus). Python or similar scripting is a bonus.
• Experience with ETL/ELT and automation tools (e.g., Make/Zapier/Airflow), and cloud storage/versioning (e.g., GDrive/S3/Git) preferred.
• Familiarity with e-commerce datasets—Amazon Seller Central/SP-API, Ads data, TikTok Shop—is a plus.
• Process-minded, documentation-friendly, and biased toward automation, reliability, and simplicity.

99% on-time data loads across assigned accounts with <1% ingestion error rate.

30-50% fewer manual steps via repeatable templates, scripts, or connectors.

Clean, searchable folder structure + SOPs + validation checklists the whole team can use.

A clear roadmap to scale data ops as the customer count grows.

Growth path & opportunity

Join at the beginning, grow into leadership (Lead > Data Operations Manager) as we scale. This is a long-term role with real ownership.

Location: Remote (PST overlap preferred)

Type: Full-time

Payment is hourly, but we expect full-time availability. The company is based in the USA (Los Angeles), so we give preference to candidates who can work during evening hours. All training is provided through video instructions.
