Media Buyer
We are looking for a Media Buyer to join our team and drive paid traffic acquisition for content-based projects. This role focuses on performance optimization, analytics, and scaling profitable traffic sources.
You will work with multiple acquisition channels, analyze performance data, and continuously test and improve monetization strategies.
What You’ll Do:
- Daily monitoring and collection of traffic and campaign data
- Analysis of key metrics (traffic, revenue, campaign performance)
Identifying issues and finding solutions to improve results
- Optimizing traffic profitability and reducing losses
- Searching for and connecting new traffic sources
- Communication and collaboration with partners
- Conducting A/B testing of landing pages and approaches
- Setting tasks for the creative team, designers, and developers
- Preparing daily and monthly reports
Who you are:
- 1+ years of experience in traffic buying
- Ability to analyze traffic, revenue, and campaign performance
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel
- Experience with native, display/banner, Google Ads, and other paid acquisition channels
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Will be a plus:
- Experience with CPA traffic buying and optimization— Experience with workflow automation using n8n and AI tools
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with Google Ad Manage.
Languages proficiency
- Fluent in Ukrainian
- Intermediate English or higher is required
