Zeynela Motors Vehicles, an exclusive distributor of Anadolu Isuzu buses, is looking for a service engineer to join our team.
GENERAL QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree preferably engineering,
- Strong communication and relationship skills,
- Strong work ethic
- Availability and willingness to travel
- Ability to coach and train, including conducting group and one to one training
- Minimum 2 years of related automotive experience
- Located in Kyiv.
- Fluent in English
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing service point agreements and renewal process.
- Make regular visits to service points and customers.
- Monitor periodical maintenance process of the customers' buses during warranty period.
- Follow up claim processes and finalize them with the factory.
- Checking compliances in accordance with the contracts
- Managing spare parts supply according to the contracts and Monitor stock level of spare parts and plan order schedule according to the stock turnover
- Implement and monitor repairs and/or replacements by the supplier in warranty period and in compliance with the contracts.
