About the Project
We are building an advanced performance intelligence and traffic control platform designed specifically for the iGaming industry.
The system helps operators, networks, and performance marketers:
Protect traffic quality
Prevent fraud and abuse
Control and optimize acquisition at scale
The platform is already live and actively onboarding partners worldwide.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Sales & Partnerships Manager to expand our affiliate and performance marketing ecosystem.
This role focuses on finding, engaging, and onboarding high-quality iGaming affiliates and marketers who send real, scalable traffic.
This is a project-based position with strong performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and recruit iGaming affiliates, media buyers, and performance marketers
Present the platform value proposition clearly to affiliate partners
Build long-term relationships with affiliates and traffic partners
Support affiliates through onboarding and activation
Collaborate internally to connect affiliates with relevant offers
Represent the platform in affiliate communities, Telegram groups, and events
Collect feedback from affiliates to improve positioning and growth
Requirements
Proven experience in iGaming affiliate sales or business development
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, traffic quality, and ROI metrics
Existing network of iGaming affiliates is a significant advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in a results-driven environment
Fluent English is required. Additional languages are a plus
Compensation
Project-based or commission-based structure
