What You’ll Do
Identify and approach high-potential tech candidates for clients on both local and international markets.
Build and maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, Boolean search, and other channels.
Conduct initial outreach and qualification conversations to assess candidate fit.
Keep our ATS and candidate database up to date; track status and hand off qualified profiles to recruiters.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies.
What We’re Looking For
No prior sourcing/research experience required — we’ll train you.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Eager to learn, curiosity about technology roles, and a proactive approach.
Comfort with online research, basic familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel.
Nice-to-Have
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt sourcing tactics quickly.
Basic understanding of tech roles (e.g., developers, QA, DevOps).
