Accountant for work with debtors and creditors

We are looking for an Accountant for work with debtors and creditors to support the business of De'Longhi Group in Ukraine. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing of documents for transactions with clients (bonuses, marketing services, bank guarantees)
• Processing documents with suppliers and contractors (advertising, administrative, marketing services, etc.)
• Processing of cargo customs declaration (import only), documents from non-residents
• Entry of reserves for unreceived documents into SAP
• Reconciliation with debtors and creditors on a regular basis
• Processing of costs of future periods
• Check for the availability of all the necessary package of documents before making the payment
• Keeping a register of contracts
• Control over the availability of primary documents

Key Requirements from the candidate:

• More than 3 years of working experience in the same position. Work experience in multinational companies is advantage
• Intermediate English, comfortable working in an international environment
• Confident proficiency in SAP 
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting
• Analytical and data-driven approach to actions
• Strong Excel
• Quick thinker
• Team player
• Able to adjust to a fast-changing business environment
