Our expectations:
? Leadership qualities, experience in managing an international team, communication skills;
? Skills in building and optimizing telephone sales processes;
? Ability to analyze and improve the sales funnel, conduct A/B tests;
? Skills in working with KPIs and reporting;
? Fluent English;
? Experience in a managerial position in the telesales team - from 1 year.
Will be a plus:
? Experience in betting or casinos.
What you will be doing:
? Managing the telesales team, setting goals and monitoring their implementation;
? Developing sales strategies, ensuring the growth of key metrics;
? Analysis of the team performance, training, and supporting employees;
? Monitoring the KPI of each manager;
? Optimization of scripts and call strategy;
? Communication with local Head of Telesales;
? Participation in the process of hiring new employees;
? Creating and monitoring the implementation of a monthly telesales conversion plan.
