Client Support / Production Coordinator

We strive to find a goal-oriented professional who can multitask effectively and is focused on quality and results to fill a remote position as a Client Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicating with English-speaking clients (mainly via email)

• Collecting and verifying print specifications

• Checking files before sending to production

• Coordinating production and logistics

• Monitoring deadlines

• Managing projects in CRM (Zoho)

• Preventing technical and financial mistakes before printing

Requirements:

• Experience in printing, publishing, prepress, DTP, or print production
  OR strong technical mindset in client support

• English level С1+ (written communication is mandatory)

• Systemic thinking

• Strong attention to detail

• Financial responsibility mindset

• CRM experience is a plus

We Offer:

• Salary: $700–1000 (depending on experience)

• 3-month probation period (75% salary, difference paid after successful completion)

• After 6 months: performance bonus based on gross profit of managed projects

• 13th salary based on performance

• Fully remote position

• Work with international clients
