We are looking for a Senior Land Lease Administrator to lead and strengthen our land lease administration function. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the administrative team, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of lease registration, organizing and monitoring payments to landlords, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with internal company procedures and Ukrainian land law requirements.

You will work closely with the Land Lease Manager, Legal Department and Finance Department and play a key role in supporting the expansion of the company's land bank.

Main responsibilities

Management and organization of work

• Manage, train and support land lease administrators in their daily work.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all administrative processes.
• Identify risks and problems in a timely manner and inform department management.
• Actively participate in operational administrative tasks as needed.

Processes:

• Ensure documentation, implementation and approval of all land lease procedures by the Head Office.
• Monitor strict adherence to approved procedures and internal control mechanisms.
• Promote the use of cashless, fully transparent payment methods, in accordance with company requirements.

Land lease administration

• Control the registration of land lease agreements in accounting and land registration systems.
• Maintain a complete and up-to-date database of landowners.
• Ensure proper archiving of contracts, ownership documents, and notarial materials.
• Coordinate the submission of documents to land registries (without the right to sign on behalf of the company).

Payments and reporting

• Ensure correct and timely processing of lease payments, taxes, and in-kind payments (e.g., grain, corn).
• Coordinate complex cases with the Chief Accountant.
• Prepare payment registers and maintain accurate records
• Prepare management reporting, annual statements and tax reports
• Support internal and external audits

 

Growth support

• Support the land lease manager in finding new landowners and land plots
• Provide analytical data and proposals for expanding the land bank (target - up to 30,000 hectares)

Your profile

• Advanced or intermediate degree in economics or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Thorough knowledge of:Ukrainian land legislation and the Land Code
• Regulation of land valuation, rent and taxation
• Administrative and accounting principles
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Structured, precise and practical working style
• Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, 1C)
• Driver's license preferred (minimum 2 years of driving experience)
