- 5+ років досвіду в логістиці або управлінні ланцюгом поставок.
- В пріорітеті досвід поставок індустріального обладнання, механізмів, приладів, запчастин. Не FMCG
- Володіння українською та англійською (b2+) мовами: щоденне спілкування усне та письмове з колегами та контрагентами з Європи та США
- Знання міжнародних стандартів експорту/імпорту. Знання ITAR є перевагою
- Готовність надати контакти рекомендуючих
- Можливість нечастих відряджень по Україні та в Європу. Броні не має.

Position Overview:
Edge Autonomy is seeking a skilled and proactive Supply Chain Manager tolead and optimize supply chain operations in Ukraine. This rolefocuses on enhancing logistics to, from, and within Ukraine, overseeing procurement, and managing inventory to ensure the efficient and cost-effective flow of materials, spare parts, and products that support our local operations. The position also manages customs operations, supervising all necessary documentation to ensure compliance with legal requirements for the movement of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives, emphasizing efficiency, timely deliveries, and compliance with regulations related to dual-use and military goods.
- Logistics Management:
Oversee and optimize logistics operations to, from, and within Ukraine, ensuring the secure and timely transportation of materials, spareparts, and products, including dual-use and military goods.
Manage relationships with logistics providers to ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
- Procurement Management:
Execute procurement activities by placing orders and ensuring the timely sourcing and delivery of materials, spare parts, and products fromapproved suppliers.
Identify and establish new local sources within Ukraine when necessary,ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Inventory Management:
Implement effective inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levelswhile ensuring proper handling and storage of goods.
- Customs & Compliance:
Manage customs operations, including the preparation of necessary documentation, to ensure compliance with local and international laws governing dual-use and military goods.
Stay up to date with export control laws and regulations, ensuring proper handling of documentation for audits and inspections.
- ITAR Compliance Management:
Oversee and ensure compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) in all relevant supply chain activities.
Developand implement processes for ITAR compliance, including the handling, documentation, and reporting of controlled materials and technology.
- Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate primarily with the Europian team, maintaining strong relationships with the Supply Chain Manager and Logistics Specialist to coordinate supply chain activities effectively.
Work closely with Field Support Representatives who engage directly withend-users, responding promptly to requests for urgent and timely logistics.
- Risk Management & Security:
Identify potential risks, particularly related to the movement and storage of dual-use, military, and ITAR-controlled goods, and develop mitigation strategies.
Implement best practices for security and compliance to ensure sensitive goods are managed and transported safely.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics management, preferably in a manufacturing, aerospace, or defense-related environment.
- Experience coordinating complex logistics operations, including urgent and time-sensitive shipments.
- Familiarity with regulations governing dual-use items, ITAR, and military goods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different company locations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supply chain challenges.
- Fluency in English (b2+) and Ukrainian is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to travel within Ukraine and internationally (Europe) as needed.
