Middle+ /Senior Project Manager
What you will do:
Develop detailed project plans, including goals, objectives, timelines and resources.
Coordinate the work of the Marketing team, assigning tasks and monitoring their implementation.
Establish and maintain communication with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
Identify potential risks to the project and develop plans to minimize them. Responding to problems and unforeseen situations that may arise during the project.
Development and control of project budgets.
Market and competitor analysis to determine the most effective approaches to promote products or services.
Ability to organize a team, discuss internal tasks
Work with the OKR department in conjunction with the technical lead of the department
Preparation of reports for management and clients on the results achieved and the effectiveness of the project
Preparation of presentations on the results of the unit and participation in internal meetings
Plus be:
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Understand of the specifics of the marketing services market. Knowledge of trends and new technologies in the field of marketing.
English at Intermediate level and above (correspondence/calls with clients in English).

You are familiar with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and major digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
Have experience with project management tools (Jira)
Understand the basics of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, SMM, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
You know how to analyze metrics and performance indicators (KPIs, ROI, CTR, CPA, etc.).
You have experience in developing and controlling project budgets, working with financial reports and forecasts, working with CRM and marketing automation systems.
You know how to write clear and structured reports, present information to customers and management.
