Email Marketing Specialist

Organo Republic is a fast-growing gardening products company dedicated to delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions for home gardeners and professionals. We manage a diverse product portfolio and sell through multiple channels, including Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, and Shopify.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Email Marketing Specialist to strengthen our customer communication and drive growth through data-driven, creative campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns using Klaviyo

• Build and maintain automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement, etc.)

• Segment customers based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and preferences

• Plan and execute multi-channel communication (email, SMS, push notifications)

• Monitor and improve email deliverability (IP/domain reputation, warm-up processes, blacklists, postmaster tools)

• Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, layouts, and send times

• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align messaging

• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar email marketing role

• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (required)

• Strong understanding of multi-channel communication (email, SMS, push)

• Knowledge of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing

• Solid understanding of email deliverability:

  • IP and domain reputation

  • Warm-up strategies

  • Blacklists and postmaster tools

• Proven experience with A/B testing and optimization

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

• Good written English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce or DTC brands

• Familiarity with Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, or Etsy ecosystems

• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email templates

• Experience with customer retention and loyalty programs
