Organo Republic is a leading U.S.- based e-commerce company specializing in high-quality gardening products. Since our founding in 2017, we’ve rapidly become a key player in the online gardening industry, selling across multiple platforms including Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, and Shopify. Our success is driven by a commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and the pursuit of excellence. We are now seeking a motivated, detail-oriented E-commerce Account Manager to join our dynamic team and help us continue our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management:

  • Product Listings:
    • Manage, optimize, and continuously update product listings to ensure they are accurate, compelling, and compliant with marketplace policies.
    • Monitor account health across all platforms, proactively troubleshooting and resolving any platform-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
    • Communicate effectively with platform support teams to address concerns, create cases, and manage appeals.
    • Regularly update storefront content, including uploading and managing product videos, writing scripts, and creating voiceovers as needed.

Inventory Management & Sales Analytics:

  • Sales & Inventory Optimization:
    • Analyze sales data to inform production planning and inventory management, ensuring stock levels are optimized for a 90-day supply across platforms.
    • Adjust production plans based on sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with manufacturing schedules and making necessary adjustments to meet demand.
    • Plan and coordinate timely inventory replenishment by working closely with manufacturing, logistics, and suppliers, ensuring the seamless flow of goods.
    • Oversee the entire shipment process, from creating and managing shipment plans to ensuring timely delivery, handling all associated documentation, and submitting claims for reimbursement when necessary.

Customer Support & Returns Management:

  • Customer Experience:
    • Handle customer support tickets, inquiries, and appeals promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Manage returns and refunds efficiently, resolving any issues to maintain positive customer relationships.

SEO & Content Creation:

  • Content Strategy:
    • Write SEO-optimized product listings to enhance visibility and drive sales on all e-commerce platforms.
    • Develop detailed technical briefs for copywriters to ensure high-quality product descriptions and listings that align with our brand voice and goals.

Design & Content Management:

  • Creative Coordination:
    • Define technical specifications for design tasks related to e-commerce operations, including product listings, videos, and promotional content.
    • Collaborate with designers to ensure all content meets technical requirements and upholds brand standards.

Strategy & Optimization:

  • Performance Improvement:
    • Develop and implement strategies based on sales data and competitor analysis to improve overall sales performance and marketplace positioning.
    • Research new platforms and opportunities to enhance work processes, customizing platform settings to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Maintain open communication across departments to ensure cohesive and efficient operations company-wide.

Administrative & Reporting Tasks:

  • Operational Support:
    • Prepare on-demand reports providing detailed insights into various aspects of operations, sales, and performance.
    • Ensure the daily transfer and verification of production and inventory data in Google Sheets, maintaining accuracy and resolving any discrepancies.
    • Prepare productivity reports for warehouse staff and support design-related tasks that contribute to marketing efforts.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • Industry Expertise:
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce account management, with a proven track record of managing accounts on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, and Shopify (must be).
    • Strong understanding of inventory management, supply chain logistics, and customer service operations in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Skills:

  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Advanced proficiency in sales analytics, SEO, and competitive market analysis.
    • Familiarity with industry-standard tools for keyword research and e-commerce analytics.
    • Ability to create and optimize content that drives engagement and sales.

Soft Skills:

  • Leadership & Teamwork:
    • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities, with experience working across departments to achieve shared goals.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate the complexities of the e-commerce landscape and adapt to changing market conditions.
