Support Manager IGaming - Turkish Language

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Support Manager with knowledge of the Turkish language to join our team in the IGaming niche.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the admin panel: checking and processing client requests, managing user accounts.
  • Consulting clients via chat and email.
  • Resolving technical and financial issues (verification, etc.).
  • Escalating complex issues to the technical or financial department.
  • Keeping records of client inquiries and interactions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of the Turkish language (mandatory).
  • Experience in customer support within the IGaming industry.
  • Ability to quickly navigate the admin panel.
  • Strong communication skills, stress resistance, and responsibility.
