Position: Affiliate Manager

We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn individual to join our team as an Affiliate Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to start a career in affiliate marketing within a fast-growing company. You will be part of a dynamic team and gain hands-on experience across various verticals such as insurance, finance, nutra, dating, and home improvement. This position is fully remote, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while attending company events across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Building: Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
• Strategy Support: Collaborate with senior team members to implement and optimize affiliate marketing strategies to drive conversions and revenue.
• Opportunity Discovery: Help identify potential new affiliate opportunities that align with our business goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking affiliate performance metrics and providing reports to the team.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing and creative teams to help develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Affiliate Support: Provide support to affiliates, helping to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Product Knowledge: Develop an understanding of our products, services, and audience to contribute to affiliate strategies.
