Team Lead Sales

We are currently looking for a dynamic and driven Team Lead Sales to take full ownership of our sales team and elevate it to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Boost performance: Increase FTD conversion rates, raise the average check-through upselling, and build a clear KPI system for the team.
• Client retention: Develop and execute retention strategies using various tools (phone, messengers, etc.) to keep players engaged and loyal.
• Lead management: Work with hot leads for upsells and cold leads to convert them into first-time depositors.
• Player segmentation: Understand player types and tailor approaches accordingly.
• Team growth: Coach, mentor, and level up your sales team, driving a performance-oriented culture.

Who You Are:

• A seasoned Sales Manager or Head/Team Lead of Sales with hands-on experience building sales departments from scratch, including scripting, KPI systems, and objection handling.
• Ideally from the iGaming industry. We’ll also consider candidates with a background in crypto or gray markets.
• Skilled in upselling, structuring sales processes, and working both inbound and outbound.
• A great communicator with charisma, result-driven mindset, and a passion for team growth and coaching.
