System Administrator

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing both local and cloud infrastructures, handling troubleshooting, user management, and ensuring system stability and security. You will be responsible for supporting both on-premises infrastructure and Azure services, maintaining security policies, and providing reliable remote access for employees.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across systems, networks, and user environments

• Create, modify, and delete users in Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) and local AD

• Maintain and support local infrastructure as well as Azure infrastructure (non-synchronized environments)

• Configure and maintain Active Directory, GPOs, and Microsoft 365 services

• Manage security policies and ensure compliance across systems

• Configure and maintain Fortinet firewall, VPN (FortiClient), and routing

• Provide remote access and support through RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk, VNC

• Ensure stable backups with Veeam, Acronis, and manage endpoint security (Bitdefender)

• Work with virtualization (VMware/ESXi) and Azure basic services

• Support day-to-day IT operations and system monitoring

Requirements:

• Operating Systems:

  • Windows Server (2016/2019/2022): configuration, administration, GPO management

  • Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS): basic administration

• Networking & Security:

  • FortiGate configuration and maintenance (firewalls, routing, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, NAT)

  • VPN management (FortiClient)

• Active Directory & Microsoft 365:

  • Full AD management (users, groups, OUs, domain controllers, FSMO roles, AD replication)

  • GPO creation, deployment, troubleshooting

  • Microsoft LAPS implementation and management

  • Azure AD and hybrid identity management

  • Microsoft 365 administration and license management

• Remote Administration:

  • VNC (TightVNC, RealVNC), TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP

• Monitoring & Support:

  • Backup solutions (Veeam, Acronis)

  • Antivirus management (Bitdefender for Endpoint)

• Virtualization & Cloud:

  • VMware, ESXi

  • Azure basic services
