Senior Finance Manager

We’re proud to have a 5M monthly active users base and to achieve 20% QoQ revenue growth

Now we are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join our Finance team

What you’ll do:

- Actively participate in monthly management reporting preparation, ensuring compliance with IFRS requirements
- Supervise accounting postings in the accounting system by both internal and external accountants, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate audit processes and manage tax compliance efforts with external service providers
- Prepare financial forecasts and conduct variance analyses to provide actionable insights to management
- Collaborate with banks, oversee the opening of new accounts, and monitor cash flow to ensure optimal utilization of the organization’s funds
- Active participation in ad-hoc finance projects focused on automating processes and improving efficiencies within the finance department

Your professional qualities:

- 3+ years of experience as Finance Manager
- Experience in Big4
- Good understanding of IFRS accounting principals, BS, PL, CF and other relevant reporting forms
- Strong verbal and writing English
- Attention to details with ability to have helicopter view as well
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Excel knowledge

Will be a plus:

- ACCA/ACA certification in progress
- Previous experience in IT start-up environment
