A new company in the field of legal gambling in Ukraine is looking for a highly qualified Head of Affiliate to join our team.
We are looking for a professional with experience in gambling and legal operations on the Ukrainian market.
The opportunity:
- Be part of a team during an active growth phase
- Build an affiliate department from scratch and scale it up
- Work directly with the C-level team and influence strategic decisions
- Grow fast with a project
Key responsibilities:
- Develop affiliate marketing strategy
- Build a partner network from scratch
- Find and attract top partners
- Create and optimize the affiliate program
- Develop creative ways to attract and retain partners
- Analyze metrics and optimize ROI
- Build a team of affiliate managers
Essential:
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing for iGaming projects
- Understand the specifics of the iGaming industry
- Experience in launching and scaling affiliate programs
- Knowledge of English from B2
- Data-driven decision-making approach
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work under uncertainty
