Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop BIM models for electrical systems within building projects.
- Utilize BIM software (such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks) to design and coordinate electrical systems effectively.
- Conduct clash detection and resolution to ensure seamless integration of electrical components with other building systems.
- Generate accurate quantity take-offs, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to BIM and electrical engineering.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is must.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- Proven experience minimum of 4 years working as a BIM Modeler/Engineer.
- Proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems design and installation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of electrical power distribution systems.
- Experience with large infrastructure including Hospitals, Data Centers, Manufacturing Facilities, Water Treatment Plants, Commercial, and Residential High-Rise
